How It Started
A Shop Built on

Delo founded Delo Auto in 2004 with a single bay, a set of tools, and a handshake philosophy: do the work right, charge a fair price, and never take advantage of someone who doesn't know cars.
Word spread fast. Neighbors told neighbors. A one-bay shop became three. The team grew — but the values never changed. Today, Delo Auto is one of Madison's most trusted independent shops, serving thousands of customers across Nashville and the surrounding communities.

Delo founded Delo Auto over 20 years ago with a simple idea: treat every customer the way you'd want to be treated. He's ASE Master Certified and still gets his hands dirty every day.
Marcus Webb
Lead Technician
Marcus has been with Delo for 12 years. He specializes in engine diagnostics and electrical systems — if your check engine light is on, Marcus is the one who figures out why.
Sandra Cho
Service Advisor
Sandra is the first voice you hear when you call and the first face you see when you walk in. She keeps the shop running smoothly and makes sure every customer knows exactly what's happening with their vehicle.
